Day 4 - 22 Mar

I woke up today feeling super lousy!!! cos i got a stiff neck fr the pillow and bad sleeping posture..it affected my mood lots lots...

luckily we woke up early to go for another round of hot spring dips again..so i went into the v hot spring water bath so tat can let my neck relax..

we went to the restaurant to grab a quick breakkie cos we need to catch the bus to the train station..

see how crowded it is..


i didn't hav much appetite so i juz grab some food i c...


and we set off to Sapporo!

Sapporo station was big and after one day..we found ourselves back in bustling city again...

we found our way to our hotel - Toyoko-Inn Hokudai Mae and the pleasant sight of the familiar check-in counter greeted us..


lunch was ramen at the Susukino Ramen Alley..

My butter and corn ramen..its a specialty fr Hokkaido..

darling's charsiew ramen..cant even c the ramen..

we concluded tat we still like the Ramen Museum one..but darling said this ramen texture is closed to wat we always have at Miharu in SG...


den we saw this Ramen restaurant which wun b opened until 7pm..this was the one tat was recommended on japan-guide website..

we den set off for Ishiya..where they manufacture the White Lover's Choc...

more snow...the pink cone-like stuff were actually plants which the park ppl wrapped wif some pink thing to protect..

even the toilet bowls were so pretty and had tat English element..

a v special organism, i cant rem the exact name, but it is said to be able to survive without food for up to 10 yrs and its found only in the coldest part of the ocean ard Japan..note tat i used digital macro mode for this photo else wun b even able to c it in the pic..

it was getting dark and there were pretty lights all ard..


we headed back to the hotel to put the stuff and we realised tat the hotel actually provide free dinner on top of free breakfast! Althou its juz some mediocure curry rice..but it helped to fill our stomach for a while b4 we headed out to the Sapporo station shopping mall for some shopping..

we actually walked round and round looking for the seafood buffet restaurants tat our fren told us abt..but cannot find leh..non offered seafood buffet...

so in the end we got some other food to bring back to the hotel...

Interesting potato chips flavour.. - Chicken consomme and Butter Potato..

our Shiroi Koibito, Sapporo beer (muz-drink in Japan) and my Megmilk..hokkaido milk is the best!
